Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be a significant asset as you connect with a diverse clientele. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to utilise various software tools, including Salesforce, to track interactions and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities



Engage with customers through telemarketing efforts to promote products and services. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions that align with their requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce and other relevant software. Follow up on leads promptly to maximise sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers.

Experience



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a telemarketing environment. Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving sales techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 26,000.00-34,000.00 per year
