Flourish are partnering with an exciting business that's looking for a high-energy
Business Development Executive
to expand its footprint across London. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role where you'll be front and centre - winning new clients, owning the full sales cycle, and unlocking growth within existing accounts.
The Opportunity
You'll be out, building relationships and driving revenue by:
Proactively identifying, pitching, and closing new B2B opportunities within catering and hospitality
Owning the full sales journey, from prospecting through to close
Building strong, long-term client relationships face-to-face
Growing existing accounts through strategic cross-selling and upselling
Acting as a brand ambassador in the field, representing the business with confidence and credibility
What We're Looking For Proven experience within hospitality or catering
(essential)
1+ year of B2B sales experience
A confident, engaging communicator who thrives on relationship-building
Self-starter mindset with a hunger for targets and results
Comfortable and motivated working in a field sales environment
What's On Offer
35,000-38,000 base salary
, depending on experience
