The Commercial Team is on a mission to reach new heights in sales, renewals, and adjustments while ensuring the utmost satisfaction of their valued customers. Now recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their team!

Your Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in your team\xe2\x80\x99s success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling New Business Sales and Renewals across a wide range of Commercial products.
  • Collaborating and negotiating with insurers to secure the best deals for our clients.
  • Assessing and surveying risks as needed, preparing submissions to insurers for quotations.
  • Monthly consultations with the Head of Commercial Lines to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
  • Meeting and exceeding personal, team, and department targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer communications in line with company procedures.
  • Staying compliant with FCA regulations and requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Resolving customer complaints and following the company\xe2\x80\x99s complaints process.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of recent Commercial experience at the Senior Account Handler level.
  • Cert CII qualification.
  • A Full UK Driving license.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and openness to change.
  • A commitment to ethical practices and follow-through.
  • Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Two years of recent experience using Open GI software or equivalent platforms.
  • Progress toward a Diploma CII/ACII.
