We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Duties
Identify and pursue new business leads through market research and networking activities
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals customised to client requirements
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet organisational targets
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes within CRM systems such as Salesforce
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the same industry
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in British English
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are advantageous but not essential
