Position Overview



As a Business Development Executive at RDT, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and contributing to the development and delivery of a robust sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients through a range of channels (telephone, email, social media), and guiding them through the full sales lifecycle--from initial engagement through to proposal creation, solution design, and contract negotiation.

Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, you will help position RDT's solutions in the insurance software sector, deliver compelling product demonstrations, participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, and support implementation planning. This client-facing role demands a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of a customer organisation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 65,000.00-80,000.00 per year
