The Role

Join our Bristol-based international sales team focused on growing our flagship Miami exhibition. As a Business Development Executive, you'll generate leads, build relationships, and drive business growth across the U.S. market.

Working 12 PM - 9 PM aligns you fully with U.S. time zones and customers. We provide full training, support, and a clear progression path into senior sales or event management roles.

What You'll Do

Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market Identify and engage key decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads from first contact to close Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and digital marketing opportunities Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets Contribute to the success of a major international event

Who You Are

Highly motivated, proactive, and commercially minded Confident communicator skilled at engaging senior decision-makers Resilient, target-driven, and results-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment No previous sales experience required - full training provided Able to work 12 PM - 9 PM, Monday to Friday
