Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives. Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional networks and promote the organisation's offerings. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify areas for expansion.

Skills



Proven experience in sales or business development roles, ideally within a B2B environment. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. Knowledge of industry-specific markets is advantageous but not essential.
