We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities;



Answer inbound calls from organic sales. Qualifying leads quickly and effectively to maximise conversion opportunities. Research and identify potential clients (both businesses and individuals) who may require debt recovery services. Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups. Engage with both businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C) to understand their debt recovery needs. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Drive new business acquisition through a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and other proactive sales activity. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and targets. Track, record, and manage all prospect and client activity within the CRM system. Work closely with Business Development Manager to capitalise on campaigns, converting leads into paying clients. Nurture prospects through regular contact to ensure a flow of new business. Engage with clients on social platforms creating relevant marketing content.

Competencies;



Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development (B2B and/or B2C). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with potential clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Competent in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
