Airquee Inflatables, Europe's largest manufacturer of inflatables, is seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive - Leisure & Attractions
to join our team.
You'll be developing our market within
attraction-based clients
- including Family Entertainment Centres (FECs), holiday parks, leisure centres, and visitor attractions worldwide. This role offers the chance to showcase the full Airquee range: from stand-alone inflatables, inflatable theme parks, custom promotional inflatables, soft play areas, and pool inflatables. It's about driving growth in these exciting sectors by helping operators increase
footfall, dwell time, and repeat visits
.
What You'll Be Doing
Business Development:
Identify, approach, and win new clients in the leisure and attractions sectors.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
Proactively build our client base, generating and qualifying opportunities.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client goals and present inflatable solutions that maximise ROI and guest experience.
Full Sales Cycle:
Manage everything from first contact to proposal, deal closure, and aftercare.
Networking & Events:
Represent Airquee at trade shows, exhibitions, and client site visits.
Collaboration:
Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to deliver bespoke projects.
Market Insight:
Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Proven BD/Sales Experience:
Ideally in leisure, attractions, or related sectors.
Confident Communicator:
Comfortable with cold calling, presentations, and relationship building.
Target Driven:
Motivated by growth, results, and commission.
Organised & Proactive:
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
Commercially Savvy:
Skilled at positioning products in terms of ROI, guest engagement, and repeat business.
Flexible & Mobile:
Willingness to travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally further afield.
Creative Edge:
Interest in fun, innovative products for the leisure industry.
