Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven office based (Baltic Triangle, Liverpool) Business Development Executive to support in the maintenance and growth of a large government funded Apprenticeship contract.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for following up on internal leads whilst also building and managing relationships with clients and closing sales to meet targets. The target areas of focus includes both Legal and Professional Apprenticeships).

Within this package this also includes an

uncapped commission structure

, enabling you to earn an additional

3000 per month in OTE

on top of your base salary.

Duties:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, emails, and networking.

- Following up in a timely manager all inbound leads and enquiries

- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.

- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

- Keep abreast of best practices within the Apprenticeship sector.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English

- Previous experience working in a similar role within the Education sector.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build productive business professional relationships.

- Highly motivated and target driven

- Must be based in the Merseyside area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
