Contract: Full-time, permanent


Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm

About the role




Responsible for establishing, securing, and nurturing long-term business relationships with new and


existing clients to generate new business and achieve monthly targets. This includes promoting and


selling all Itec services across commercial and funded contracts, maximising levy utilisation, and


expanding the employer base.


Your impact:



Responsible for achieving business profile requirements and sales targets in line with key performance indicators To generate new business with new and existing clients through various sales activities, including sales visits, appointments, presentations, networking, , telephone sales, cold calling and following up on leads. To take full ownership of client relationships from lead generation, managing the creation of the solution, through to training delivery and the ongoing development and management of key accounts to drive maximum opportunities from the client base. To deal with speculative calls, new enquiries, aftercare and client service calls in a timely and professional manner. Responsible for working and supporting clients in planning their training strategy. To manage and develop strong relationships with employers to identify and sell all relevant training solutions. To manage pipeline and update the CRM (Salesforce). To plan, initiate and deliver strategic business development activities that will provide expected outcomes against strategic goals. To increase sales of training solutions through expanding our employer base across the UK and by gaining new business. To maintain marketplace knowledge to identify and follow up on new business leads To report sales activity, data and forecasts in accordance with business requirements

What are we looking for?



Essential



Proven experience and a proven track record of Business Development Proven experience of working in a target driven environment Presentation and report writing Experience within client relationships management / customer service / sales
