The Role
Join us as a
Business Development Executive
focused on acquiring new clients for our coaching and training programmes through targeted sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations, present services, and close sales.
- Build and manage client relationships, including upselling.
- Track sales pipeline and meet targets using CRM tools.
- Collaborate on sales strategies with the team.
Requirements
- Proven sales/business development experience (ideally in education or professional services).

Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese
(essential for client communication).
- Strong sales skills with a results-driven approach.
- Degree-educated or equivalent.
- UK right to work
