Job Overview


We are seeking a proactive, innovative and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.

Business development executive's responsibilities include identifying potential new clients, developing client relationships, retaining existing clients and encouraging them to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Knowledge of the Cleaning and Janitorial products sector is essential.

Responsibilities:



Identifying potential clients and sourcing new business opportunities. Planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. Familiarizing with all products and services offered by the company. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Sales Department. Researching and making outbound calls to prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements



Proven working experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the Cleaning and Janitorial products sector. Extensive sales experience. Intuitive and insightful, with a strong responsibility, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Solid knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management. Professional yet affable disposition. Excellent written and verbal communication. Great networking skills. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Resilient attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving targets
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
