We are now seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team. You will be goal-orientated, thrive on challenges and identify new business opportunities, building client relationships, and drive revenue growth strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Identifying companies that align with our business strategy.
Identifying appropriate people (influencers and decision makers) within those companies (and people within companies already identified by the sales team).
Calling, emailing, or otherwise contacting those people to create confidence in our abilities, and to identify appropriate projects and key project needs.
Overcoming potential objections or resistance gathering key information.
Getting appointments for the sales team with appropriate people connected to appropriate projects.
Managing all activity within the CRM system, capturing key details and using the CRM to progress timely call backs and follow ups.
Building up product and industry knowledge in continuously improve ability to confirm project suitability and credibility with clients.
Building trust and long-term relationships with all contacts.
Participating in industry or promotional events to increase brand awareness.
Answering and processing incoming calls.
Skills & Experience
Proven B2B experience as a business development executive, sales executive, telesales specialist, or a relevant role.
Signage?or similar industry experience a strong plus (production, manufacturing,?design agency,?and?fabrication).
Strong in client connection and client services.
Self-motivated, able to work under high pressure.
Confident communication style, able to make calls in open office environment.
Use of sales tools and CRM software.
Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
