We are seeking a

motivated, well-connected Advertising Business Development Executive

to join our team and drive advertising revenue across both

print and digital platforms

.

Role Overview



You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and securing advertising partnerships with businesses across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, design, culture, and luxury retail.

This is an autonomous, flexible role suited to someone with strong industry connections, confidence in premium brand environments, and a passion for media, publishing, and high-end marketing.

This role offers excellent earnings potential for a driven sales professional.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and approach potential advertisers across relevant industries. Sell advertising opportunities across

print, digital, and social platforms

. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and brand partners. Present INCOLLECTIVE's media pack and communicate the value of our audience, design quality, and editorial positioning. Manage your own pipeline and hit agreed sales targets. Provide regular updates on sales activity and client feedback. Work independently while representing the brand with professionalism and confidence.

Skills & Experience



Essential:



Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven Professional, articulate, and comfortable approaching premium brands Ability to manage your own time, leads, and workflow

Desirable:



Experience in media, publishing, advertising, or marketing sales Existing contacts within luxury, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or retail sectors Understanding of print and digital advertising formats Familiarity with selling to marketing managers, brand directors, and business owners
