Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Cogenhoe. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategies to grow the business, building strong client networks, and maintaining effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and support organisational growth.
Experience
Preferred experience, however not essential in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong business acumen with proficiency in identifying market opportunities
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal teams
Experience in account management and building lasting client relationships
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant experience in business development or sales is preferred
