We are looking for a motivated and adaptable

Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. This position is well suited to someone seeking a stable, long-term role with flexibility and room to develop. The ideal candidate will be confident engaging with clients, comfortable learning new systems, and eager to contribute to the continued growth of our business. While previous sales or business development experience is preferencial, we welcome applicants who are working within BD teams and are looking to take the next step to build their skills and grow with the support of the organisation.

Responsibilities



Identify and explore new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation. Assist in preparing tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Support the management of the sales process--from initial enquiry to successful onboarding--ensuring a positive client experience. Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, and progress using Salesforce and other CRM tools. Contribute to marketing initiatives that align with client needs and current market trends. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support ongoing growth. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to help identify new opportunities. Prepare updates on sales activity, pipeline progress, and development initiatives for senior management.

Qualifications & Attributes



Some experience in business development, sales, or a related area is helpful, but not essential--training and support will be provided. Confidence using CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs. Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working towards goals and growth targets. Experience or interest in the building services/FM sector is advantageous, as is marketing experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16.00-17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
