About the role



This role builds growth through introducers and community: WeWork events, small agencies, web/SEO freelancers, and CRM implementers who already serve SMEs.

Location: London (WeWork) / Hybrid
Salary: 26,000-36,000 base (Depending On Experience) + commission + bonus

What you'll do



Coordinate and run WeWork workshops (member sessions + setup clinics) Recruit and manage introducers (web/SEO/CRM partners) Maintain partner pipeline and simple onboarding (playbook + tracking) Convert workshop attendees into booked audits and pilots Work closely with Ops/CS to make onboarding smooth and fast

Are outgoing, organised, and proactive Can run events and follow-up processes reliably Are comfortable talking to founders and service providers Improve systems, not just do tasks

What success looks like



1 workshop/clinic every 2-4 weeks 10 follow-up audits booked per workshop 2-4 partner onboardings per month 2+ paid conversions/month from partner + events
