Basic rate 28,000 - Realistic year 1 OTE potentional 100,000

About the role

We're looking for an

out-there, people-loving, relationship-builder

to help us grow our business.

This is

not

a traditional sales role and

not

a cold-calling job. You won't be pushing products or reading from scripts.

Instead, you'll be starting conversations, opening doors, building genuine relationships and generating meetings with organisations that care about sustainability, energy reduction and doing the right thing.

Identifying and engaging with potential clients who align with our values Confidently starting conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person networking Building rapport and long-term relationships Securing high-quality meetings for our senior team Learning our solutions and passionately communicating why they matter Representing our brand with warmth, confidence and credibility

You might be a recent graduate or at the start of your career. You don't need sales experience but you do need to have:

An outgoing, confident personality and strong communication skills Genuine enthusiasm, drive and you enjoy meeting people and making connections The confidence to pick up the phone and start a conversation Curiosity and passion for sustainability, energy efficiency and climate impact Resilience, motivation and a positive mindset The ability to listen, adapt and build trust
