Harrow (Hybrid / 3 days remote, 2 days office)

We're looking for a

Business Development Executive

to lead on identifying and securing new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering measurable commercial success.

Ravenscroft Healthcare provide FCP (First Contact Practitioner) Services to NHS Primary Care Networks, and we are looking to expand our geographic reach.

Physiotherapy is a vital service in Primary Care and it is often overlooked and undervalued by staff and patients alike. Musculoskeletal Problems form approximately 30% of any GP surgery's caseload, so having a Physiotherapist is vital in reducing waiting times and getting people back to work quicker.

About the Role



As a key member of our growth team, you'll:

Manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure. You will focus on getting meetings with the decision makers who can meet with our clinicians to deliver bespoke FCP Services Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue and market expansion. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the NHS, and more specifically the Primary Care Networks. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operational teams to create tailored, value-driven solutions. Represent the organisation at events and meetings, promoting our brand and service offering. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in

business development, partnerships, Relationship Management or sales

, ideally within healthcare, medtech, SaaS, or professional services. Strong understanding of the

UK healthcare landscape

and experience engaging with NHS, ICB/ICS, or private healthcare networks is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence influencing senior and C-suite stakeholders. Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience (3-5 years) Positive, curious mindset. Organisational skills. Ethical, honest, trustworthy and caring.
