Business Development Executive

to join our growing team in London.

some commercial experience

As a Business Development Executive, you'll:


Secure new business in the exclusive private and corporate charter market Build lasting relationships with UHNWIs, corporations, and industry leaders Representing ACC at networking events and trade shows, both in the UK and internationally Learning the full sales cycle -- from prospecting through to closing deals and post-flight care Supporting the charter team in delivering seamless, high-quality client experiences

We're looking for someone with:

1-2 years in sales or business development (B2B) or other relevant experience A tenacious, target-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people Ambition and drive -- you're motivated by targets and excited to grow your career This role is ideal for someone early in their career who's hungry to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a global business. Interest in the

luxury, travel or aviation

industries is a bonus, but not essential
