We're looking for an ambitious

Graduate Business Development Executive

to join an innovative and rapidly expanding tech firm located in Saltaire, Shipley.

This is an exciting entry?level role for someone who wants to launch a career in B2B sales and business development, where you'll get full training, direct support, and real responsibility from day one. Our client specialises in delivering bespoke software platforms and digital solutions to organisations across multiple sectors worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

Researching and identifying potential clients Reaching out via phone, email and LinkedIn to decision?makers Building relationships and understanding prospects' needs Booking qualified meetings and handing over leads to the account/sales team Keeping accurate records of your outreach and pipeline in the CRM Learning the company's products, market and value proposition to contribute meaningfully

What we're looking for:

A recent graduate (or equivalent) with strong enthusiasm Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, organised mindset and ability to manage multiple initiatives A results?oriented and self?motivated attitude A desire to learn, grow and thrive in a fast?moving, ambitious environment
