We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence and securing net new business for our private 'one client at a time' residential rehab services. This role offers an excellent platform for individuals passionate about sales and strategic growth. Having a background or experience operating within the C-Level business development sector.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach programmes.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and generate sales reports.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance market penetration.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and expand professional networks.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
Work across the UK with focus in the North West, Leeds and London.
Skills
Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the private healthcare industry.
Experience of High Net Worth client services (directly or indirectly) and/or within specific sectors, such as - Law, Wealth Management, Professional Sports, Family Office.
Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach towards identifying growth opportunities.
Strong presentation skills.
Driven and ambitious.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A recognised qualification in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous but not essential. This role offers an engaging environment where your initiative can directly influence organisational growth whilst developing your professional expertise in sales strategy and client management.
