With a growing portfolio and expanding international presence, we are now seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help drive further growth.

About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales growth across both the

UK and UAE

. This position will also require

travel to Dubai for extended business visits (typically 3-4 visits per year for between 1 - 2 weeks per trip)

, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in order to expand business and increase profitability. Generate new business opportunities from scratch across the UK within the Hospitality, Events, Healthcare, Attractions, Retail. Aviation and Transport sectors Retain and expand existing company relationships, product lines or market segments, and generating new business from prospective customers and suppliers. Oversee development and research activities to build on the Company's strengths, identify potential new markets and business opportunities to increase market share. Proactively follow up on leads to convert them into clients. Contact potential and existing clients to discuss and fully understand their requirements. Prepare and send professional quotes in line with client needs. Follow up with clients after sending quotes to secure business. Stay up to date with the company's product portfolio (for both sale and hire). Create engaging business-related posts for

LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

. Manage and track all incoming and outgoing leads efficiently. Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring high-quality customer service. Conduct field sales and client visits where required. Consistently generate a minimum of

10 new qualified leads per month

.

Working Hours & Contract



Part-time

: 5 days a week, 4 hours per day or 20 hours per week (flexible)

Holiday

: 28 days inclusive of public holidays (pro rata).

Regular travel to Dubai

possibly 3-4 visits per year

What We're Looking For



Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly charismatic and polished Well presented Ability to hold your own on sales calls and in person meetings Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. Experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferred). Familiarity with social media platforms for business use (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Flexibility to attend client meetings, field sales, and international business trips (particularly to Dubai).
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
