Business Development Executive

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa335,000 (Dependant on experience).

Location: South Croydon

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm(Could be some flexibility) - Hybrid working is also available, with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

Benefits: 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays/Pension/Breakfast and Lunch, Company and Performance Related Bonus.

About the role:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive business growth through prospecting, lead qualification, and sales activities. This is an opportunity for an individual with a passion for business growth and development to join a rapidly growing family business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide solutions-oriented recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
