Duties

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities within CRM software such as Salesforce.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and maximise market penetration.
Follow up on leads generated via various channels, including social media, referrals, and industry events.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations for management.
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
Strong proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to track leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
