Job Description

To identify and develop new business opportunities and proactively contribute to the growth of the organisation's Levy and non-Levy Apprenticeship business in line with its corporate aims and values.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:


Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets, own and team.
Account management of employer partnerships.
Building and maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage and ensure all required data is kept accurate and up to date and organising all paperwork in an effective and efficient manner.
Responding to all employers and customers in a timely manner.
Uphold all policies and procedures of Steadfast Training Ltd and Promote a positive image.

Qualifications/ Knowledge


Educated post 18 preferably, with qualifications in business studies/sales advantageous.
The successful applicant should have significant experience in a business development/sales environment with a proven track record of developing and leading sales teams to achieve success.

Skills/ Abilities


Pro-active approach. Results driven. High levels of personal motivation, energy and determination.
Commercial awareness and experience of working within Apprenticeship sector.
Strong sales, marketing and networking skills - able to influence and persuade.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Good Telephone skills. Ability to build strong relationships remotely.
Time management and organisational skills and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing demands.
Ability to follow established internal processes and protocols.
Ability to drive.
A good team player.

Experience


Minimum 2 years' work experience in Recruitment and/or Sales either gained within the apprenticeship sector or in a busy in-company function desirable as would be experience of business relationship management.
Telemarketing/telephone/sales/lead generation experience desirable.
Significant relevant administrative, commercial sales or personnel experience beneficial and preferable.
The job holder will require an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS (formerly known as CRB check).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
