Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.
Track sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce or other CRM software to maintain accurate records.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a relevant industry.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
