We are looking for a tech-savvy SDR with expertise and experience in building systems that turn leads into revenue, and can build and troubleshoot automation of our sales pipeline!

You will set up automated processes within the

Zoho One

ecosystem. This role combines traditional SDR responsibilities such as prospecting, outreach, and initial lead qualification with the technical expertise required to design and execute marketing and sales automation that streamlines lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Import leads into

Zoho CRM

and ensure data is properly segmented and enriched. Organize and maintain the CRM for consistent data hygiene. Set up custom fields, lead scoring, and pipeline stages for efficient lead tracking. Design and deploy automated email sequences to nurture leads with

Zoho Campaigns

Track email performance and engagement and optimise for improved conversions. Create and manage automated workflows that trigger tasks or campaigns based on specific lead activities (e.g., form submissions, email opens, deal stage changes). Integrate additional Zoho apps (Zoho Forms, Zoho Bookings, Zoho Sign, Zoho Subscriptions) to build a cohesive, end-to-end lead-to-customer journey. Set up

Zoho Bookings

to automate appointment scheduling with qualified leads. Create

Zoho Forms

or integrate existing forms (Google Forms) to capture lead information on landing pages and trigger follow-up actions in Zoho CRM. Use

Zoho Sign

to automate digital contracts when leads are ready to sign. Set up billing workflows with

Zoho Subscriptions

or integrated payment gateways (e.g., GoCardless) to automatically handle recurring payments or direct debits. Monitor funnel performance in

Zoho Analytics

or Zoho CRM dashboards to track lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and SDR success metrics. Provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams with insights on pipeline health and automation performance. Iterate on workflow automations and drip campaigns to optimise the lead-to-customer journey.
Technical portfolio training will be provided.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment in the same or similar role. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently and confidently in English, attend office 3 days a week, travel to client offices in the UK, work with globally distributed teams, and be a self-starter.

The UK team is growing, and additional office administration tasks may be assigned to the successful candidate.

20-day holiday (excluding bank holidays)
