Job Description

We're looking for experienced, high-energy individuals to join our

early-stage start-up

for a

3-month onsite assignment

to help build the foundation and kick-start operations from the ground up.

You've spent a few years in the corporate world--ideally working closely with a

CEO or leadership team

--and you're comfortable stepping into ambiguity. You can hold the big picture, think in bold numbers, and stay energized by ambitious, globally-oriented plans.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on momentum and ownership. Strengths that will serve you well include:

Strong multitasking ability in fast-moving environments Skill in creating execution frameworks that translate vision into action A solid professional network and the ability to leverage it Hands-on experience with business plans, pitch decks, and dashboards An independent, curious mind that actively contributes to strategy and problem-solving Firmly aligned with action and outcomes Willingness and ability to support headhunting and building the initial core team
