Bloom Partners is expanding and we are looking for graduates who want to begin their careers in a structured, professional environment where learning, development, and progression are part of everyday work.

With the new year approaching and several new projects planned, we are strengthening our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter team and opening a full-time position for a motivated

Business Development Graduate

. This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and long-term development opportunities within our organisation.

This is a full-time, on-site role. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

About the Role

The Business Development Graduate role provides exposure to key commercial areas of the business including:

Learning how to support client acquisition and business development Assisting with customer engagement and brand representation Supporting project and campaign delivery Building communication, presentation, and organisational skills Contributing to planning, reporting, and performance tracking Working closely with senior team members in a professional environment
This is a role suited to graduates who enjoy working with people and want exposure to multiple areas of commercial development.
