About your future job
We are seeking a dynamic & knowledgeable Employer Outreach Intern to work within the JENZA Placement team who is focused on growing our internship product range. The role will involve expanding our UK internship employer network, and targeting companies who are looking to recruit international interns in their business. Success in this role will be measured on employers listing opportunities on our customer-facing Intern Hub.
This particular role will have a core focus developing and expanding our UK employer
network and
therefore, the successful candidate will be required to be UK based.
What you'll do
Develop new employer relationships through high-volume outreach efforts to promote JENZA Intern UK program
Research and target employer contacts via calls, emails, CRM campaigns and in-person meetings
Provide support to existing employers listed on the Intern Hub employer database
Re-activate past employers to list internships
Promote the benefits of hiring international interns and utilising GAE visa scheme
Assist with UK based employer site visits
Conduct employer offboarding calls as internships near completion
Liaise with our compliance team to ensure all listings are visa compliant
General administration and program support
Attend meetings and report on department activity when required
Core Accountabilities
Employer outreach and development for The Intern Hub
Maintain and develop a network of employers listing internship opportunities on the Intern Hub platform
Intro calls to prospective employers promoting the benefits of hiring international interns on the Government Authorised Exchange (GAE) visa.
Provide employer support to move them on to internship listed status
Meet defined targets of available number of internships on the Intern Hub

Hands on / can do approach
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, prior experience with a CRM system is a plus
