Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and client relationships across both
national and international markets

Research and evaluate market trends to inform expansion strategies, product positioning, and territory planning.
Develop tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and commercial strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
Maintain and optimize the CRM system to track leads, performance metrics, and client engagement.
Lead onboarding and ongoing relationship management with vendors, partners, and resellers across multiple markets.
Represented the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and cultivate new business connections.
Customer Relations & Engagement Support
Serve as a point of contact for client communication and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups in collaboration with internal teams.
Support efforts to enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service quality monitoring.
Assist with maintaining up-to-date client records, feedback logs, and satisfaction reporting in the CRM.
General Business Operations Support
Coordinate and assist in day-to-day business operations to maintain smooth collaboration across departments.
Monitor and support the execution of internal workflows, timelines, and team deliverables.
Assist in documenting and implementing internal business processes and standard operating procedures.
Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and functional teams as needed.
Operations, Procurement & Cross-Functional Support
Oversee procurement of services, tools, and technology--including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and renewals.
Create, update, and enforce new internal policies to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Facilitate HR support tasks including onboarding/offboarding and access management.
Support cross-functional collaboration and information flow between departments.
IT Operations & Digital Infrastructure
Manage day-to-day IT operations including system performance, software, hardware, and network functionality.
Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal teams and partners; troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Manage user access and permissions across platforms such as Microsoft 365, CRM, and cloud tools.
Monitor cybersecurity protocols, data backup processes, and business continuity practices.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing.
Marketing, Events & Communications
Plan and execute internal and external marketing and promotional events, including:
Webinars and virtual seminars
Client showcases and networking functions
Trade shows and conferences
Support digital campaigns, social media efforts, and content coordination across platforms.
Track campaign engagement and event performance through analytics tools and feedback loops.
Administer the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), ensuring data accuracy, reporting clarity.
Oversee website content updates, SEO enhancements, performance tracking, and coordination with external developers or agencies.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key business development KPIs, CRM data, website traffic, and marketing ROI.
Leverage data insights to support planning, performance optimization, and strategic decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a multi-functional business development, technology, or operations role.
Experience working on national and/or international business development initiatives is highly desirable.
Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, IT systems, website content management, and software licensing compliance.
Proven ability to manage vendors, coordinate service procurement, and support internal process improvements.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across technical and commercial domains.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft 365, WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce.
Familiarity with procurement workflows, contract lifecycle management, and vendor negotiations.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices, digital analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI), and marketing automation tools.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
