About B7



B7 is a storytelling-driven marketing agency based in the North East. We help brands grow through bold storytelling, video content, and strategic marketing. Our clients include businesses across finance, technology, construction, and professional services - each one trusting us to help them stand out with authenticity and creativity.

We're growing fast and ready to take the next leap by bringing in a dedicated, full-time salesperson to help us scale.

The Role



We're looking for someone who lives and breathes growth: a relationship-driven, action-oriented salesperson who can help us build B7's client base and take our story into new boardrooms.

You'll work closely with David (Founder) and Phil (Marketing Director) to:

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from inbound, referral, and outbound sources. Drive outreach campaigns - identifying, contacting, and engaging ideal clients. Develop and present tailored proposals that show how B7's video-first approach solves client problems. Nurture relationships - turning conversations into collaborations and prospects into retained clients. Work closely with our marketing team to refine positioning and messaging based on market feedback. Upsell and cross-sell across our partner businesses (River Birch Newman, Newcastle Eagles, and more).

About You

We've already built B7's reputation and credibility. What we need now is someone who can:

Keep the pipeline alive daily (not weekly), Own follow-ups and nurture relationships, Keep the tempo of new business moving, And convert the credibility we've created into consistent revenue.
This role is less about shouting "look at us" and more about turning our momentum into predictable growth.

The key trait: you genuinely like people, and you think in systems: you can build and manage a pipeline, not just chase a target.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-35,000.00 per year
