Business Development Manager (construction materials)
50,000 - 55,000 + commission & benefits
We are working with a successful supplier of construction materials in the construction and build markets across NI & ROI to recruit for their new Business Development Manager.
Offering and excellent package and the assurance of selling quality products on behalf of a highly respected supplier, duties within the role will include;

Working on a blended role, working both from their offices on the outskirts of Lisburn and at client sites
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and attending industry events
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business

What we are looking for...

Business development experience gained within the construction sectors, ideally to include experience of selling into architects / specifiers
Construction materials sales experience
Strong knowledge of the NI construction and build markets
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Full driving license
