Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and driven Business Development Manager (Commission-Only) to join our team in Alderley Edge. This is a commission-only position suited to someone hungry, motivated, and excited by high earning potential in a fast-moving, luxury wellness environment.
You will handle a high volume of inbound enquiries, typically 200+ hot leads per week across the team, from customers actively looking to purchase. These leads convert quickly, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast sales cycle.
Alongside inbound conversion, you will also:
Manage and maintain all leads through Pipedrive CRM
Conduct cold outreach to older or uncontacted leads
Generate or outsource your own leads to boost commissions
Build strong client relationships and guide prospects through product options, pricing, and installation
Meet clients in our luxury showroom, demonstrate products, and close sales

Requirements
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally with high-value products
Confident communicator across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person appointments
Able to manage and update a large lead pipeline using Pipedrive CRM
Strong closing skills and proactive with follow-ups, cold outreach, and reactivating old leads
Motivated by commission-only earnings with a self-driven, organised approach
Comfortable presenting to high-net-worth clients
Professional, reliable, and confident guiding customers through product options and installation basics
Please note: This position is fully commission-based with no basic salary. Commission is uncapped and paid monthly on completed sales.
