Business Development Manager - Somo

Location: Altrincham, Manchester( Office Based)/ Midlands / North East/ Yorkshire/ South West/ South East (Remote/ Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: DOE + Generous Uncapped Commission

Annual Leave: 23 days + bank holidays

The Role

This isn't just another Business Development Manager role, it's your chance to be part of a high-growth company with an uncapped commission structure and endless opportunities to progress.

We're looking for an experienced BDM with a strong broker or introducer network. Your role will be to:

Build and grow relationships with brokers and introducers. Introduce Somo products to your network and source new partners. Leverage your existing relationships while confidently developing new ones. Bring your trusted network with you, they'll want to follow you wherever you go.
This is a pure sales role where we work hard, hit big targets, and have plenty of fun along the way.

About You

Experienced in

Bridging Loans, 2nd Charge, and Buy-to-Let

markets. Proven track record in

sales and business development

. Professional, engaging, and a natural

team player

. Excellent

communication and relationship-building skills

. Driven, ambitious, and ready to succeed. Honesty and integrity are second nature. You already have a strong broker/introducer network to bring with you.
