THE ROLE



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role, working across the marketing and sales team to strengthen our relationships with existing clients as well as develop new relationships with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES



As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for key client communication, relationship management and new client development.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Maintain regular and professional communication with existing clients, ensuring we are aware of all their project requirements. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural and construction sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and private clients. Negotiate partnerships with various companies for future secure revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create project proposals for potential projects, using tailored solutions that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



We're looking for a target driven individual with proven experience in business development, ideally within the construction, glazing, or architectural sectors.

You will need;

To be a collaborative team player. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for design and innovation. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
