Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to complement our existing sales team. This role will be based in our office but cover England and Wales. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Experience in the agriculture industry is desirable but not essential!
Responsibilities
Working with farmers to identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
Attend agricultural events to promote the company's services.
