We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager who will have ownership of the sales process, you will be able to draw on the teams' experience if needed and ultimately achieve great things!

Salary - 45,000t plus bonuses

Day to Day
Be responsible for hitting monthly sales targets
Learn and develop domestic and commercial prospects
Take ownership of the reporting process and keep all records up to date
Deliver quotes and answer queries with prospects and customers in a timely manner
Work in partnership with the project delivery manager to ensure a problem free handover
Ensure MQLs are responded to in a timely manner and seek out opportunities

Knowledge and Experience
Excited by sales and driven to exceed expectations
Self-starter with a positive mindset
Team player with a natural customer focused personality
Experience with construction is an advantage
