Position overview: We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead and accelerate our AWS go-to-market (GTM) strategy within the UK & Ireland, focusing primarily on the Travel & Hospitality sector. This is a key role where you will work as an individual contributor responsible for new logo acquisition.
You will be the primary bridge between the AWS field teams, AWS partner programs, and DataArt's sales, delivery, and marketing teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem and proven success in leveraging hyperscaler partnerships as a sales channel.
This is a hybrid role. A weekly on-site presence in London office is a key requirement for this role.

Responsibilities: Own and grow strategic AWS partner relationships in the UK & Ireland.
Establish and maintain regular engagement with AWS Partner Development Managers, Account Executives, Solution Architects, and industry specialists to align joint priorities and drive mutual success.
Participate in AWS executive briefings, travel & hospitality councils, and sponsorship initiatives to enhance DataArt's strategic positioning.
Independently drive new logo acquisition.
Use your industry and AWS partnership knowledge to identify and unlock new revenue streams.
Develop and execute localized joint GTM strategies and campaigns tailored to Travel sub-segments, including OTAs, Airlines, Hotels, and Cruises.
Align DataArt's GTM activities with relevant AWS programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and thought leadership content.
Design and promote AWS-based solutions that address client needs.
Represent DataArt at AWS and industry events, webinars, and sales enablement forums.
Work with delivery and practice leaders to prioritize investments in reusable IP, accelerators, and AWS solutions.
Identify AWS co-investment opportunities and measure ROI on GTM efforts.
Collaborate with DataArt's Engagement Managers and AWS teams to co-sell AWS-related services into strategic client accounts.
Leverage AWS funding programs, technical resources, and co-selling plays to unlock new business streams.
Coach internal teams on activating AWS influence within client accounts and track pipeline development.
10-15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a similar business development, partner management, or sales leadership role in IT services.
Deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem and experience working with AWS as a sales channel.
Domain knowledge of Travel & Hospitality (e.g., airlines, OTAs, hospitality brands, or TMCs).
Strong background in selling professional IT services.
Experience creating and executing go-to-market campaigns jointly with AWS or other hyperscalers.
Nice to have: AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or AWS Partner Accreditations
