We specialise in high-end accommodation for corporate, healthcare, construction, and insurance clients, delivering exceptional service across both short- and long-term stays.

We're looking for a full-time

Business Development Manager

to join our fun, dynamic and friendly team. Focused on overall business growth, you will help promote the business and services, attract and manage new customers and accounts and manage existing client relationships to increase overall sales. In addition, you will drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and expanding the company's London presence.

You can be based remotely but you will need a car and be able to travel daily for client meetings. Regular weekly presence in London will be required and 1 day a week to be based at our Head Office in Poole.

What You'll Do:



Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders, and partners. Nurturing long-term relationships with agents and clients to grow London based and other UK based sales. Analyse industry trends and competitor strategies to find new business opportunities. Use data-driven insights to qualify and prioritise pipeline opportunities based on potential value and conversion likelihood. Own and create Key Account action plans; specifically owning relevant tasks and managing wider team to ensure their responsibilities are delivered upon. Build and own a client engagement plan, to include: client qualification, meetings, top to top meetings, lunch and learn sessions, fam trips, team presentations, commercial proposals and negotiation. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, digital brochures and contracts that address the client's needs and demonstrate the company's value proposition. Update the Opportunity Pipeline and CRM Pipeline with all activities. Attend weekly Trading meetings and relevant team meetings with sales pipeline, project and activity updates as required Qualify target location opportunities through channel engagement and competitor data. Support the Property Acquisition Team, creating Property Briefs, location searches and building commercial relationships with London based estate agents and BTR suppliers. Share client feedback with relevant teams for improvement opportunities or service adjustments. Represent and promote the company at industry events, conferences and business gatherings. Build and leverage professional networks to stay connected with potential clients and industry influencers. Build and maintain relationships with property partners

Who We're Looking For:

A driven and determined people person with a passion for luxury hospitality and relationship building. You'll need to be positive and confident with strong communication skills and have the ability to foresee and resolve issues, maintaining strong client relationships, even in difficult situations

Essential experience:



Degree or equivalent 3 + years in business development 3 + years in sales based role 3 + years in hospitality industry

Remuneration



Competitive remuneration package

Substantial commission and bonus incentives available for delivery of revenue targets

Full time hours, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends for events and fam trips.

Can be remote with regular travel for client meetings and off sites, travel could be anywhere in UK but London is a key location. 1 day a week to be based at our offices in Poole.

Holiday allowance initially at 28 days (including bank holidays)
