Enviroflow Management is a growing drainage specialist based in Birstall, near Leeds. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, building long-term client relationships, and fostering a friendly, positive team culture. We are an SME which is part of the RSK Group, which has over 200 businesses and 15,000 employees. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business and help take the company to the next level.
The Role
This is a new-business, sales-focused role where you'll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new opportunities across the drainage and wider infrastructure sector. You will also be involved in strategically growing existing accounts. You'll play a key role in expanding our client base, securing framework agreements, and developing strong commercial relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities
Identifying and securing framework agreements with key clients
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
Developing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Working closely with operational teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Representing Enviroflow professionally in meetings, tenders, and negotiations
About You
We're looking for a confident, driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building long-term partnerships.
You'll ideally have:
Proven experience in new business sales (B2B)
A strong track record of selling and securing framework agreements
Experience within drainage, construction, utilities, or a related sector (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, positive attitude and strong self-motivation
A commitment to quality, professionalism, and doing things the right way
