Due to our continued and sustained growth in the Facilities Management industry We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the facilities management sector.
This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across a range of hard and soft FM services.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the facilities industry and a proven track record in sales or commercial roles.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted sectors (e.g., commercial, industrial, healthcare, education).
Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging market research.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client needs.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and contract management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Accurately report activity, forecasts, and results using CRM systems and internal reporting tools.
Logging new enquiries on to our Bespoke CRM system
Plan and dispatch all planned maintenance tasks to engineers based on the correct skills sets, geographical location and service delivery arrangements.
Manage complex workload, re-planning/assigning tasks as outlined in the contract planners, with support from engineering supervisor.
Collate accurate reports as required.
