The Role



As a Sales Executive you'll enjoy:

The chance to represent a trusted, award-winning solar brand Access to Pre-qualified leads in your local area Engaging with potential homeowners and businesses to understand their needs Scheduling and closing sales Ability to earn unlimited commission + benefit from generous bonus structure Achieving/exceeding monthly targets Actively prospecting new leads both residential and/or commercial Presenting MiniGrid's complete range of services during sales pitches Maintaining accurate CRM records of leads and sales progress Representing the business professionally Providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships Establishing and expanding your personal revenue stream

What You Bring?



Proven experience in B2B / B2C / field sales

Strong closing skills with a driven, results-focused attitude

Self-motivation alongside a strong desire for substantial income

Confident communicator comfortable engaging with homeowners and decision makers

Reliable, professional, and motivated to succeed
