Drive revenue growth
by identifying new business opportunities with existing and strategic clients.
Be a key influencer
in shaping commercial strategy alongside our Group Director of Sales & Marketing.
Bridge the gap
between customer needs and technical solutions, working with our expert teams in operations, compliance, customer service, and marketing.
Act as a thought leader
in identifying emerging trends, offering market insights, and helping us stay ahead of the curve.

Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to drive profitable growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal teams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Represent SWMF at industry exhibitions and international events.
Support product development by gathering customer feedback and market intelligence.
Collaborate on pricing and go-to-market strategies with the Group Director of Sales & Marketing.
Contribute to the creation of impactful marketing and sales materials.
Skills
Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth.
Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of B2B sales and client engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
Ideally a background in surface treatments, industrial engineering, or technical sales.
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred, but not essential.
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a creative approach to challenges.
Willingness to travel internationally and represent SWMF on a global stage.
