About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first outbound sales hire at
Supo,
working directly with the CEO to drive growth as we move towards our Series A funding. The role is heavily focused on networking, events, and outbound business development, creating and closing new opportunities across the UK professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the driving force of Supo's growth by consistently generating new business opportunities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through systematic outbound activity
Focus on opening doors with professional services firms and driving conversations with decision-makers
Define, refine, and prioritise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) lists
Research and map the most relevant stakeholders within target organisations
Drive proactive outreach across multiple channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
Spend significant time meeting prospects in person, building rapport, and expanding Supo's professional network
Represent Supo at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build visibility and generate leads
Deliver engaging pitches and product demonstrations that resonate with client needs
Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to negotiation and deal closure
Consistently achieve and exceed annual new business revenue targets
Utilise HubSpot CRM to log all customer interactions, manage pipeline stages, and ensure data accuracy
Prepare accurate weekly sales forecasts based on CRM insights and pipeline data
Maintain disciplined reporting and provide visibility into sales performance
Experience and Qualifications
Experience working in a SaaS start-up, delivering sales from zero
At least 5 years of sales experience in the SaaS market
Tangible and demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business sales targets
Proven ability to build and execute structured outbound strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Location
Office-based in London with frequent national travel to meet prospects and attend events
Balance office collaboration with strong external presence in the market
Represent Supo in the field, creating a strong network of relationships across the UK
Compensation
60,000 basic salary
60,000 performance bonus (on-target)
On-target earnings (OTE): 120,000
Uncapped commission with accelerators for over-performance
