The Role
You'll play a key part in accelerating TechMan's growth by generating leads, booking appointments, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is a full 360 sales role where you'll handle everything from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
Proactively contact leads to qualify and schedule demos
Conduct cold and warm outreach using data from marketing campaigns
Re-engage lapsed or dormant leads with past interest
Sales & Closing
Deliver compelling online demos via Microsoft Teams to showcase TechMan's software features
Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to signed contract
Build rapport with key decision-makers and understand their business needs
CRM & Sales Admin
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
Send and manage electronic contracts
Report sales activity and conversion metrics to the Sales Manager

About You
Experience
2+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, automotive, or tech
Proven success in both generating leads and closing deals
Skills & Attributes
Exceptional communicator--confident with cold calls, follow-ups, and demos
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Teams
Results-oriented, self-driven, and thrives under targets
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Bonus Points
Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket or SaaS industry
