We specialise in providing high standard Fire Safety and Passive Fire Protection services to top niche clients from a broad number of industries such as Construction, Hotels Sport and Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial.

Role Overview



To manage, maintain and develop/create commercial sales and marketing opportunities within Global Group, identify and target new clients and build long lasting relationships.

Sales growth targets will be focused around the following offerings Composite Fire Doors, Fire Remediation Works and Global Technical Services (FRA, EWS1, BS9980 FRAEW, Fire Strategy consultative works). Supporting Global's complete approach to fire safety.

Key Responsibilities



- Develop and implement strategic 12-month and 3-year sales and marketing plans aligned with business trackers, KPIs, and gross profit targets for within your region.

- Conduct sector research and trend analysis to drive a forward-thinking sales and marketing approach, including forecasting and planning.

- Create and manage client accounts, bespoke quoting, contract negotiations, and support PSL/tender submissions to secure preferred supplier status.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through daily prospecting (e.g. Barbour ABI, GFS, Lusha), outbound sales calls, inbound enquiry handling, and cold-site visits.

- Maintain and grow key client relationships through account management, site visits, and problem-solving.

- Attend client meetings and project site visits to uncover new project opportunities and understand client needs.

- Support estimating with basic cost inputs, bid preparation, and post-tender analysis.

- Contribute to marketing content including offers, literature, and presentations; attend industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.

- Deliver weekly reporting, KPI tracking, and updates for the senior leadership team, directors, and monthly board meetings.

Requirements



Computer literate in software such as Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. (Monday.com, Office 365, and Bolster is an advantage)

Sales / Marketing / Account Management preferable

English, Grammar and Numeracy must be at a good business level. Ideally the candidate should have qualifications in Sales/Marketing/Acc Management.

Ideally have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and within passive fire protection
