The Role



As a Business Development Manager at Visage Pro, you'll drive growth by building relationships with medi-spas, clinics, and beauty professionals across the UK. You'll introduce our innovative devices, deliver compelling demonstrations (in-person or virtually), and close high-value deals, all while supported by our exceptional training and customer success teams. This is a key role to expand our footprint in the aesthetics industry, perfect for a motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and beauty.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities with medi-spas, clinics, and aesthetic professionals. Deliver engaging product demonstrations (virtual or in-person) to showcase the value of Visage Pro's devices. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive sales and repeat business. Collaborate with our training and support teams to ensure clients maximize the potential of our technology. Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn uncapped commission and contribute to company growth. Provide market feedback to help shape our product roadmap and strategy.

What We're Looking For



Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, ideally in aesthetics, beauty, medical devices, or tech sectors. Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills. Passion: Enthusiasm for the beauty and wellness industry, with a drive to learn about cutting-edge technology. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in delivering virtual and in-person presentations. Self-Starter: Comfortable working remotely, with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (UK-based).

Nice-to-Haves



Existing network in the aesthetics or beauty industry. Experience with CRM tools and virtual sales platforms.
